Our dedicated event co-ordinators and specialised 'Managed Conference Solution' service provide you with all the necessary expertise, assistance and equipment - designed to free up your time and energy, allowing you to focus on your event.

With three multi-purpose, air-conditioned function rooms and two additional meeting rooms all with ergonomic furniture, plus a wide range of flexible catering options, you'll find the hotel's service essential to providing a successful and memorable event. The Blake Room (111sqm/1,197sq ft) accommodates up to 100 guests for conferences or private dinners. This suite can be sub-divided into two sections and has a removable dance floor.

Three Hilton Meetings Rooms (The Byron, Darwin and Shelley Rooms) are equipped for more formal gatherings. The Atrium Lounge is also available for private hire for groups of up to 30.
