The National Maritime Museum is a harmonious meeting of classical 19th century grandeur and innovative modern architecture perfect for large awards dinners, receptions, product launches and tours.


The National Maritime Museum's location (close to London Excel and Canary Wharf), capacity of up to 1000 and inbuilt AV equipment and branding make it ideal for large scale award shows, gala dinners and product launches.

The Square

With plenty of branding opportunities, this is an optimal space for receptions and pre-dinner drinks giving guests the chance to engage with the fascinating objects on display. On warm evenings, guests can enjoy drinks outside on the colonnades and lawns overlooking Greenwich Park.

The Galleries

The Photography Gallery can be hired independently for smaller receptions. Other galleries - Pacific Encounters, Polar Worlds and Nelson, Navy, Nation - can be viewed during receptions.

The Great Map

Situated on the first floor under a spectacular glass roof, guests can dine on a visually impressive map of the globe. The newly installed lighting and audio rig allows this space to transform into a dramatic space just perfect for award ceremonies and gala dinners.
