Overview

This property is one of Europe’s leading and flexible meeting and banqueting venues – ideal for small and large events. Our conference rooms recently underwent an £11.5 million refurbishment, and can cater for up to 2,000 people. The 13 smaller spaces can accommodate from two to 200 delegates, and feature natural daylight.

There are several flexible options for those wishing to use the venue for events. The Nine Kings Suite can hold up to 1,200 guests for dinner, as well as 650 guests in the adjoining reception foyer. We are acknowledged as one of the finest venues in Europe for conventions, awards ceremonies, dinners and exhibitions.

Lancaster London features two state-of-the-art ballrooms as well as a collection of smaller meeting spaces, complemented by an award-winning banqueting and events’ team. The Westbourne Suite was inaugurated last year after a £3 million investment and it accommodates up to 1,200 people in spacious comfort and elegant style.
